Being down, depress, anxious, or even panic is not the problem, but not knowing the cause of it and what fuels its sustenance can loop oneself in repetitive patterns in emotion experience, interpersonal relationships, and frequent life quest that can be psychologically draining.
Adult Therapy can walk you through to discover insights for the above questions, giving you more motivation and energy to deal with different life circumstances whenever you are ready for it.
There is no perfect timing and signs to receive counselling or psychotherapy, try think of it as a session for mental retreat, slow-down your busy mind, and to regroup the inner strength that you already have stored up deep inside.
I use integrated approach that stems from psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal therapy, emotional-focused therapy, and sandtray therapy to guide my treatment for adults.
I will also adopt some projective work to guide our discussion on discovering the deeper inner self of yours.
I have a specific format in running my therapy and counselling session that was developed over the past years to help each individual from grounding a sense of tranquility to sensing a piece of hope when they leave the session.
